💗 Club Joining Fee

A one-off joining fee of £6 is required to secure your child’s place within the club.

💕 Class Payments

Class fees are £6 per class. A late payment fee may apply if payment is not received on time.

Please ensure payment is made before your child’s class begins via bank transfer. When making payment, please make sure you use the correct bank details and include your child’s name as the payment reference.

Monthly payment is preferred. Please note that by making a monthly payment, you are securing your child’s place within their chosen class. If a class is missed, the payment cannot be transferred to another class or carried over.

💜 1-1 Tuition 

We prefer that 1-1 Tuition is paid Cash direct to staff on door. Please make sure you ready terms & conditions regarding 1-1s these must be followed.

📌 Missed Payments

If two consecutive classes are missed without payment, and the club has not been made aware of the reason, we will assume that you no longer wish to keep your child’s place.

In this instance, your child’s place will be removed from the register and made available to another gymnast.

💗 Holidays & Absences

Please note that class fees are still payable during periods of absence, including holidays, sickness or other reasons for missing a class. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, reductions or payment-free periods for missed classes, as your monthly payment secures your child’s place within the class.

The club already closes for 6 weeks over the summer, giving families a substantial break throughout the year. During this period, optional holiday camps may be available for those who wish to attend.

Our full holiday and absence policy will be included within our Code of Conduct for all members to read and agree to.
