What is the Display Team?
Display gymnastics is a gymnastics event like no other! Whether you are a gymnast taking part or a spectator in the crowd, display gymnastics offers a show-style performance you just won’t want to miss. Gymnasts from clubs all across the UK show off their displays as they perform on floor at different events across the UK in front of huge crowds. With gymnastics, dance, tumbling, group balances, lifts, throws, trampette displays, acrobatics and much more there is so much exciting action to see. Display gymnastics can be competitive, but most of the events that we attend are non-competitive. Display gymnastics is an opportunity for gymnasts of any age and ability to show off their talents to their family, friends and other gymnasts in a stress-free and enjoyable setting.

**Gymnasts must be fully committed to the training times, as this is a team performance, low attendance is detrimental to the standard. The expectation is that gymnasts will perform at national events when available**
